ExamInsight is an iPhone and iPad app that reads ExamScan result files and shows statistics for a class: scores, pass rates, score distribution and question analysis, with Excel and PDF reports. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and what is shared.
We do not collect, store on our servers, or sell any of the following:
ExamInsight has no user accounts and no login. Everything you create or open in the app is processed on your device; we have no server that receives your files.
The app does send anonymous usage statistics and crash diagnostics to Google Firebase, and the advertising SDK receives the device and ad data listed in Section 3(a). This never includes the contents of your files.

ExamInsight uses three third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
The app is free and shows a banner ad and an optional short rewarded video offered before a new analysis is loaded. Ads are served through the Unity LevelPlay SDK, which may collect:
The app does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not available to it, and it does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. Unity's policy: Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy; ironSource: ironSource Mobile Privacy Policy. You can manage ad settings in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising / Tracking.

The app does not request camera, photo library, location, contacts, microphone, notifications, or any other sensitive permission.
ExamInsight is a tool for teachers. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Settings and preferences: kept on your device; removed when you uninstall the app. The files you picked stay where they were; exported reports stay wherever you saved them.
Because the app does not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on request. You can:
When you tap a link inside the app (for example, the website or the support email address), the app opens it in your default browser or email app. Once you leave ExamInsight, your interaction is governed by the privacy policy of the destination.
The Export buttons open the system share sheet so you can pick an app (email, chat, Drive…) to send the report. We do not see who you share with.
If we make material changes (e.g., add a new third-party SDK), we will update this page and the "Effective date" above before shipping the change.

App miễn phí, hiển thị banner quảng cáo và video có thưởng (tuỳ chọn) được mời xem trước khi nạp và thống kê dữ liệu mới. Quảng cáo phục vụ qua SDK Unity LevelPlay, có thể thu thập:

ExamInsight là công cụ dành cho giáo viên, không hướng tới trẻ em và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em.
Cài đặt và tuỳ chọn: nằm trên máy bạn; xoá khi gỡ app. File bạn chọn vẫn ở chỗ cũ; báo cáo đã xuất nằm ở nơi bạn đã lưu.

Khi bạn chạm vào một link trong app (vd trang web hoặc email hỗ trợ), app mở nó trong trình duyệt hoặc app email mặc định. Khi đã rời ExamInsight, mọi tương tác do chính sách của nơi đến điều chỉnh.
Các nút Xuất mở hộp Chia sẻ của máy để bạn chọn app (email, chat, Drive…) gửi báo cáo. Chúng tôi không biết bạn chia sẻ với ai.
Khi có thay đổi đáng kể (vd thêm SDK bên thứ ba mới), chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và sửa "Hiệu lực từ" ở đầu trang trước khi phát hành.
