ExamSheet is an iPhone and iPad app that helps teachers design multiple-choice answer sheets (OMR bubble sheets) and export them as PNG, PDF or Word files. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and what is shared.
We do not collect, store on our servers, or sell any of the following:
ExamSheet has no user accounts and no login. Everything you create or open in the app is processed on your device; we have no server that receives your files.
The app does send anonymous usage statistics and crash diagnostics to Google Firebase, and the advertising SDK receives the device and ad data listed in Section 3(a). This never includes the contents of your files.

ExamSheet uses three third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
The app is free and shows a banner ad and an optional short rewarded video offered before you export a finished sheet. Ads are served through the Unity LevelPlay SDK, which may collect:
The app does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not available to it, and it does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. Unity's policy: Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy; ironSource: ironSource Mobile Privacy Policy. You can manage ad settings in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising / Tracking.

The app uses Google Firebase SDKs to understand usage, improve stability and deliver remote settings. Firebase may collect:

The app does not request camera, location, contacts, microphone, notifications, or any other sensitive permission.
ExamSheet is a tool for teachers. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Sheet settings, logo and language: kept on your device; removed when you uninstall the app. Exported files stay wherever you saved them.
Because the app does not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on request. You can:
When you tap a link inside the app (for example, the website or the support email address), the app opens it in your default browser or email app. Once you leave ExamSheet, your interaction is governed by the privacy policy of the destination.
The Share PDF and Export buttons open the system share sheet or file picker so you can choose where the file goes. We do not see who you share with.
If we make material changes (e.g., add a new third-party SDK), we will update this page and the "Effective date" above before shipping the change.

ExamSheet là công cụ dành cho giáo viên, không hướng tới trẻ em và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em.
Cấu hình phiếu, logo và ngôn ngữ: nằm trên máy bạn; xoá khi gỡ app. File đã xuất nằm ở nơi bạn đã lưu.
Vì app không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân lên máy chủ, không có gì để chúng tôi xoá khi bạn yêu cầu. Bạn có thể:
Khi bạn chạm vào một link trong app (vd trang web hoặc email hỗ trợ), app mở nó trong trình duyệt hoặc app email mặc định. Khi đã rời ExamSheet, mọi tương tác do chính sách của nơi đến điều chỉnh.
Nút Chia sẻ PDF và các nút Xuất mở hộp Chia sẻ hoặc hộp chọn thư mục của máy để bạn tự chọn nơi gửi/lưu file. Chúng tôi không biết bạn chia sẻ với ai.
Khi có thay đổi đáng kể (vd thêm SDK bên thứ ba mới), chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và sửa "Hiệu lực từ" ở đầu trang trước khi phát hành.
